Forever Love
We found ourselves that summer nightupon the sandy shore
Beneath a starry blanket
where we'd met once before
A place of cherished memories
it seemed to feel so right
That we would share this moment
beneath the soft moonlight
Our hands entwined together
a touch of tenderness
A glowing passion still remained
within each soft caress -
As Heaven's stars reflected
fascination in our eyes
The depth of our devotion
and a love that never dies
It may have been so long ago
we met within this place
But here with you tonight, my love
will be our last embrace
The years they have been good to us
though we must say goodbye,
I will always have your memory
which for me will never die.

Memories of Yesterday
I sit here with silent tears in my heartThe shadows of my life now grow long
So many days have now passed
Since the day we were drawn apart
My hair now the color of silver grey
I cherish the memory of that special day
When the tenderness of those words you did say
You took my heart and carried it away
The passion we felt from within our veins
The devotion you pledged with the words you said
When you proposed to me under that old oak tree
Standing together there in the Autumn rain
The fascination I hold of that time long past
When our love guided us through the years
The memories I will hold ever so dear
Knowing that you were always near
I will never feel that I am ever alone
Sitting here in our old family home
Remembering the time when we were young
When we held our first born son
Now I wait for you to come
And take my hand and guide my way
To a place where we together we will walk again
On that distant horizon when the sun sets on that last day

Cherish the Days
Cherish the days when love is yoursAnd for you the skies are blue,
Hear the winds of kindness blow
Be sure to say I love you.
See the devotion in those eyes
And the tenderness it brings
Feel the flutter of your heart
As it soars on eagle wings.
Relish the joy and fascination
As you walk the path together,
Hold fast to the hand that reaches out
And know that the storms you will weather.
Feel the passion and romance ,
The magic and pure delight
As you love and care and tenderly spend
Another love filled night.
Let the story be told of tenderness
And the days when love is bold,
May the memory of these special times
Warm your days when you are old.

My V Day Poem
A new love full of FascinationA new beginning full of Passion
The tenderness of a simple Kiss
I cherish every moment in eternal Bliss
The Devotion in your eyes when you look my way
It puts a smile on my face that lasts a day
Is this the way Love is?
Holding hands, soft sweet kisses, stolen moments
Each day our love grows stronger and stronger,
Baby its not a secret anymore. Its you that I adore!

Love of a Lifetime
Theirs was a love beyond compare,So everyone believed,
But what goes on behind closed doors
Can't always be conceived....
Their love, it seemed so perfect,
But in actuality,
They each one lived their separate lives
And grew apart, you see.
No longer was there passion
Or loving tenderness,
No cherished fascination,
No devotion to their quest.
And neither one was happy,
Neither life was full of love,
They didn't work at togetherness,
Two different cloths they wove.
They'd many years together, but
It should have been foreseen,
One day they went their separate ways,
It's not what should have been.
The moral of this story
We hope is very clear....
Don't take your love for granted,
For true love is very dear.
