April Theme - Sexy Flowers

Poem #1

Daffodil

Sphagnum-scented, bright green spear
Thrusting upward through dark, moist moss.
Golden crown and rosy trumpet
Iridescent in Spring’s shimmering sunlight.
Breathe now of delicious perfume
As sweet as a newborn’s scent,
And glory in the silken softness of newly opened petals.

Poem #2

Sweet Little Sunflowers

Sunflowers blooming in the spring sun
Utterly beautiful as we have fun,
No other flower is quite as pretty
Flirting with butterflies, what a beauty
Long yellow petals, like rays of sunshine
Opening up for the world to see
Waiting Patiently for bee’s to come
Everyone admires the purity
Radiant sunflowers shinning for all
Showing the world how its beauty radiates over all.

Poem #3

The Black Rose

Some people may think of me as death
However to someone I take away her breath
She loves all roses of every color
The blue rose she likes best
To her I am just as sexy as the rest

Red, blue, yellow,white even green
I am the most beautiful rose she has ever seen
You see I can be sexy in my own sort of way
If she could I would be planted
so she can enjoy me everyday
I am the black sexy rose
My sweet fragrance will soon grow

Poem #4

Lily of the Valley

The mornings silver mist
Carrying a soft sweet fragrance
Through the forests valley's bliss
The due drops glisten

As the hues of softened tones
Caressing the tiny white petals
Of this delicate sweet little flower
The aroma holding you spellbound

Within the power of its magical grasp
A feeling of seranity fills your heart
With tenderness as you walk
Along the rain forests path

The beauty of this moment
Touches your soul with Spring filled emotion
A sweet little flower holding you motionless
In time with its soft gentle power
