方亮，男，朝鮮族，1964年10月7日出生于吉林省和龍市，博士。 現(xiàn)任沈陽藥科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。

教育及工作經(jīng)歷：

1987年7月, 沈陽藥學(xué)院藥學(xué)系藥物制劑專業(yè)畢業(yè)。

1987年8月-1988年12月，吉林省醫(yī)藥工業(yè)研究所任助理工程師。

1989年1月-1992年7月，吉林省延邊醫(yī)藥管理局工業(yè)科任科員。

1992年8月-1994年2月，吉林省延邊中藥廠任副廠長，工程師。

1994年3月-2000年3月，延邊大學(xué)藥學(xué)院藥劑學(xué)教研室任講師，副教授。

1999年7月，在延邊大學(xué)藥學(xué)院獲得理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。

1999年4月-2000年3月，以日中笹川醫(yī)學(xué)研究者制度第22期生身份在日本城西大學(xué)藥學(xué)部留學(xué)。

2003年3月，在日本城西大學(xué)藥學(xué)部獲得藥學(xué)博士學(xué)位。

2003年4月-2004年3月，日本城西大學(xué)藥學(xué)部博士后。

2004 年 4 月～現(xiàn)在，沈陽藥科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院藥劑教研室任教授。
