Gao Chengfa, male, 41 years old, doctor, Associate professor, M.S. advisor (advisor of master degree student). Now employed as vice-chairman of the Department of Surveying and Mapping Engineering, vice-president of Nanjing Beiji Survey Research Institute, the creator and the leading principal of specialty of surveying engineering of Southeast University, Secretary Chief of Chinese Surveying Society Transportation Engineering Surveying Seminar, Councilor of surveying Society of Jiangsu Province.
Dr. Gao has been engaged in research and teaching on surveying engineering in Southeast University for more than ten years. He concentrated on the theoretical and experimental researches on applying GPS in the field of Transportation engineering surveying. Recently, he has published more than 30 papers on the key magazines and publications of home and oversea. He has published three books. He is a winner of many science and teaching awards. Recently, he has undertaken more than 30 science research projects, which are centered on the research of the application of GPS in transportation engineering and country resources investigation. He got more than 3 million Yuan bonus in all. He has strong scientific research and organizing capability.
