            專家信息:

            崔大付、研究員、博導(dǎo),1964年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)無(wú)線電電子學(xué)系 。畢業(yè)后分配到中國(guó)科學(xué)院電子學(xué)研究所工作至今。曾任中科院電子所學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)和學(xué)位委員會(huì)委員、第九研究室主任并籌建了傳感技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室北方基地,現(xiàn)任傳感技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)副主任;是中國(guó)電子學(xué)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)員,傳感技術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事及離子敏、生物敏專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任委員;并被聘為科技部973計(jì)劃信息領(lǐng)域咨詢專家組成員。

            1989年1月,作為訪問(wèn)學(xué)者赴英國(guó)Durham大學(xué)分子電子學(xué)研究中心進(jìn)修,1994年8月應(yīng)英國(guó)皇家學(xué)會(huì)邀請(qǐng),赴英進(jìn)行合作研究;1996年10月應(yīng)日本振興學(xué)會(huì)邀請(qǐng),赴日本國(guó)立橫浜大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)研究所進(jìn)行合作研究。

            多年來(lái)先后從事電子器件、分子電子學(xué)、傳感技術(shù)、微電子機(jī)械系統(tǒng)(MEMS)、生物芯片和微全分析系統(tǒng)(µTAS)等方面的研究工作。

            主要科研項(xiàng)目有:國(guó)家重大、重點(diǎn)自然科學(xué)基金課題“單分子膜及離子敏感膜研究”、“LB生物敏感膜及其應(yīng)用研究”、“基于MEMS技術(shù)的DNA芯片研究”、“µTAS中微泵、微閥和溫控反應(yīng)器及其集成化研究” “高通量、多參數(shù)圖像SPR生化分析系統(tǒng)”;國(guó)家科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目“H+-ISFET傳感器”、“酶FET生物傳感器”及“光纖pH傳感器”“表面等離子體諧振(SPR)生物傳感器及分析儀”;以及“863”、“攀登計(jì)劃B ”和院重點(diǎn)任務(wù)“新型傳感器及智能控制系統(tǒng)研究” “高通量、多參數(shù)圖像SPR生化分析系統(tǒng)”等項(xiàng)目研究。

            多年來(lái),發(fā)表論文200多篇;申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利30項(xiàng)(其中一項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利實(shí)現(xiàn)600萬(wàn)元技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓);培養(yǎng)博士研究生22名、碩士研究生12名,其中有位博士獲得院長(zhǎng)特別獎(jiǎng)。

            科學(xué)研究:

            研究方向:

            從事固體電子器件、薄膜技術(shù)、微傳感器及技術(shù)、分子電子學(xué)、微電子機(jī)械系統(tǒng)(MEMS) 、DNA芯片和微全分析系統(tǒng)(μTAS)等方面的研究工作。

            研究成果:

            1. 在分子電子學(xué)研究方面,20世紀(jì)80-90年代,先后負(fù)責(zé)了重大自然科學(xué)基金課題“單分子膜及離子敏感膜研究” 和“LB生物敏感膜及其應(yīng)用研究”,曾制備出80層磷脂酸有序單分子層積累膜,并在國(guó)際上首先開(kāi)展鑲嵌生物活性大分子纈氨霉素生物敏感LB膜的研究, 這項(xiàng)研究評(píng)為“特優(yōu)”,并為吳全德院士主編專著“幾種新型薄膜材料基礎(chǔ)研究”撰寫(xiě)第十章“LB薄膜及其應(yīng)用”。該項(xiàng)研究對(duì)目前超薄膜制備、納米電子學(xué)及納米器件的研究仍然具有重要的意義。

            2. 研制成小型固態(tài)離子敏場(chǎng)效應(yīng)晶體管(ISFET) 生化傳感器并實(shí)用化。在“七五”期間(1986-1990年)負(fù)責(zé):“H+-ISFET傳感器”、“酶FET生物傳感器”及“光纖pH傳感器”三項(xiàng)國(guó)家科技攻關(guān)任務(wù),成果突出,獲國(guó)家“七五”科技攻關(guān)獎(jiǎng)以及中科院科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng);“八五”期間(1991-1995年)負(fù)責(zé)院重點(diǎn)任務(wù)“新型傳感器及智能控制系統(tǒng)研究”,進(jìn)一步把“H+-ISFET傳感器” 的研究推向?qū)嵱没拖到y(tǒng)化,該項(xiàng)研究通過(guò)了科學(xué)院成果鑒定并獲院科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng);科技部把該項(xiàng)成果確定為轉(zhuǎn)化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行推廣。目前“H+-ISFET傳感器”在國(guó)外開(kāi)始商品化,進(jìn)入市場(chǎng);在國(guó)內(nèi)這里是唯一的生產(chǎn)、研究基地。

            3. 在國(guó)內(nèi)率先研制成“表面等離子體諧振(SPR)生化分析儀” 并實(shí)用化。本項(xiàng)研究早于1989年在英國(guó)時(shí)開(kāi)始進(jìn)行,隨后承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)課題,進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期深入研究與開(kāi)發(fā),曾負(fù)責(zé)和承擔(dān)重大基金項(xiàng)目二級(jí)課題:“癌癥預(yù)警的SPR檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究”和“九五”國(guó)家攻關(guān)專題“表面等離子體諧振(SPR)生化分析儀的研制與開(kāi)發(fā)”等多項(xiàng)課題研究,研制成擁有知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的“SPR-2000型表面等離子體諧振生化分析儀”并應(yīng)用推廣,獲得用戶好評(píng),該攻關(guān)成果已通過(guò)院級(jí)成果鑒定以及科技部的成果驗(yàn)收,取得具有國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的評(píng)價(jià)。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,目前正在研制高通量圖像SPR系統(tǒng)和小型SPR系統(tǒng),已取得重要進(jìn)展,不久將有產(chǎn)品面世。

            4 . 研制成多種微結(jié)構(gòu)型傳感器和執(zhí)行器,均屬填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)空白:“九五”期間承擔(dān)了“863”和“攀登計(jì)劃B ”等的多項(xiàng)課題研究,主要是基于MEMS技術(shù)研制了多種微型三維結(jié)構(gòu)的傳感器和執(zhí)行器,其中主要包括:(1).研制成高精度硅諧振梁式壓力傳感器,制備了低應(yīng)力10μm厚的氮化硅諧振梁,器件采用了熱激勵(lì)和壓阻拾振工作原理及真空封裝,精度達(dá)到近萬(wàn)分之一,Q值大于4萬(wàn);(2).研制成寬頻帶高靈敏度硅結(jié)構(gòu)微波功率傳感器,頻帶寬度0-18GHz,靈敏度達(dá)0.239mV/mW;(3).微泵和微噴頭的研制:研制成三維硅結(jié)構(gòu)、PDMS彈性膜和壓電膜驅(qū)動(dòng)的微型泵和研制了一種微結(jié)構(gòu)型剪式壓電式噴頭,實(shí)現(xiàn)噴墨,取得突破性進(jìn)展。

            5. 基于MEMS技術(shù)開(kāi)展DNA芯片及微全分析系統(tǒng)(μTAS) 的研究。近年來(lái),崔大付 教授立足自己的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì),開(kāi)展了BioMEMS的研究,負(fù)責(zé)了重點(diǎn)基金項(xiàng)目:“基于MEMS技術(shù)的DNA芯片研究”及重大基金項(xiàng)目課題“μTAS中微泵、閥、溫控反應(yīng)器及其集成化研究” ,研制成功小型一次性使用的硅微結(jié)構(gòu)型PCR芯片、毛細(xì)管電泳芯片和樣品處理芯片。發(fā)明了一種集成化、新結(jié)構(gòu)的PCR芯片和夾心式PDMS毛細(xì)管電泳芯片,都具有原創(chuàng)性。目前正在進(jìn)集成化微全分析系統(tǒng)(μTAS)芯片的研制。

            項(xiàng)目名稱: 氫離子敏場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管的研制及小型固態(tài)pH傳感器

            小型固態(tài)pH值傳感器是采用氫離子敏場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管(H+ -ISFET)作為敏感元件的化學(xué)傳感器,具有小型牢固、快速靈敏、可集成化、多功能化和易批量生產(chǎn)等特點(diǎn),不僅可用于測(cè)量pH值,還可用于研制多種生物、化學(xué)傳感器。該項(xiàng)目形成了以H+ -ISFET為基礎(chǔ)的系列性成果。包括離子敏場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管、小型復(fù)合固態(tài)pH值傳感器、工業(yè)用固態(tài)復(fù)合pH值傳感器、經(jīng)皮檢測(cè)血液pCO2傳感器以及相應(yīng)的配套二次儀表。采用半導(dǎo)體工藝研制的氫離子敏場(chǎng)效應(yīng)芯片無(wú)光敏,具有高成品率和一致性;固態(tài)pH傳感器測(cè)量范圍為0 ˜ 14pH,測(cè)量精度為0.2pH ,在實(shí)用化方面達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。該產(chǎn)品技術(shù)先進(jìn)成熟,涉及到生化、化工、生物、海洋、環(huán)保、地質(zhì)、科研以及工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,具有很大的推廣價(jià)值,對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有重要意義。
