劉俊國教授2009年應(yīng)聘我校自然保護區(qū)學(xué)院,主要研究方向為水文水資源和濕地保護與管理,F(xiàn)在已發(fā)表SCI文章20余篇,其中包括在美國科學(xué)院院報PNAS發(fā)表原創(chuàng)性文章1篇,在水文水資源領(lǐng)域頂級刊物Water Resources Research、Journal of Hydrology、Hydrology and Earth System Sciences發(fā)表文章4篇。PNAS文章已經(jīng)被下載8000余次,2012年被評為中國百篇最具影響力國際論文。由于突出學(xué)術(shù)成績,劉教授2009年榮獲歐洲地理協(xié)會杰出青年科學(xué)家獎,為全球首位榮獲此獎的水文學(xué)家。2011年榮獲由聯(lián)合國大學(xué)、德國聯(lián)邦教育與科研部等多家單位共同評定的ProSPER.Net-Scopus青年科學(xué)家獎,并榮獲“生物多樣性及自然資源管理”領(lǐng)域全球冠軍。

劉俊國,男,1977年2月生,漢族,山東萊蕪人,F(xiàn)任北京林業(yè)大學(xué)自然保護區(qū)學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,國際應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)分析研究所(IIASA)客座研究員,IIASA實施規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)委員會委員,國際水足跡網(wǎng)絡(luò)(WFN)同行評議委員會委員,中國自然資源學(xué)會水資源專業(yè)委員會委員,國際期刊Hydrology and Earth SystemSciences編委。
水文水資源方向重點研究3個方面的內(nèi)容:1)藍(lán)水綠水。劉教授在大尺度藍(lán)、綠水資源評價方面做了長期深入的探討,并在該領(lǐng)域取得了杰出的成績。2009年由劉教授作為第一作者兼通訊作者在WaterResources Research上發(fā)表了《全球作物生產(chǎn)消耗性用水評價:綠水與虛擬水的重要性》的論文,在全球尺度上以大約50 km的空間分辨率對農(nóng)田生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的藍(lán)水和綠水資源進行評價。該研究是世界上最早在全球尺度采用高分辨率分析藍(lán)綠水空間分布的文章之一。2010年,由劉教授與國際藍(lán)、綠水研究領(lǐng)域的知名專家一道在Journal of Hydrology上組織了專欄,結(jié)合世界8個主要水文模型,在全球或區(qū)域尺度上對藍(lán)、綠水資源進行全面的評價。劉教授的GEPIC模型由于是國際上最早用于評價全球藍(lán)、綠水的模型之一,其論文《全球農(nóng)田消耗性用水的空間直觀評價:綠水和藍(lán)水》被排在專刊文章的第一位。大尺度藍(lán)綠水研究對于理解綠水在全球生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中的作用具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價值,并為加強綠水資源管理提供了堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)和數(shù)據(jù)支撐。2)水足跡研究。劉教授基于主要消費品對中國過去40年間的水足跡進行了計算,并首次闡述消費結(jié)構(gòu)的變化是導(dǎo)致中國水足跡變化和水資源短缺的重要原因。劉教授有關(guān)中國水足跡的研究引起了全球同領(lǐng)域科學(xué)家的廣泛關(guān)注,聯(lián)合國環(huán)境署(UNEP)、國際水足跡研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)(WFN)、斯德哥爾摩國際水資源研究所(SIWI)、世界自然基金會(WWF)等機構(gòu)多次邀請劉教授前往瑞典、荷蘭、比利時等國作特邀報告。2009年,北京林業(yè)大學(xué)應(yīng)邀成為國際水足跡研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)合作伙伴,為中國首個加入國際水足跡研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)的組織。2010年,北京林業(yè)大學(xué)主辦了中國首屆水足跡培訓(xùn)班,由水足跡之父阿爾杰恩?胡克斯特拉教授和劉俊國教授為來自中國大陸、香港及印度、英國等國家23名學(xué)員進行了培訓(xùn)。由于在水足跡方面的造詣,劉教授擔(dān)任了國際水足跡研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)同行評議委員會委員,并擔(dān)任SIWI、WWF、C&A公司等機構(gòu)的技術(shù)顧問。3)濕地水文與生態(tài)水文。這是劉教授團隊目前正在研究的一個新的方向。
